All submissions are subject to manual review by our editorial team. We reserve the right to approve, reject, edit, or remove any listing at our sole discretion. Listings must represent legitimate businesses, websites, or online services. The following types of submissions are not accepted and will be rejected: websites containing adult, explicit, or pornographic content; gambling or casino websites; websites promoting illegal activities or substances; cryptocurrency, NFT, or blockchain-related websites; websites containing malware, phishing, or security threats; spam, doorway pages, or auto-generated content; websites that violate intellectual property rights; and any content that promotes violence, hate speech, or discrimination.
Approved listings receive a DoFollow backlink to the submitted website URL. We reserve the right to modify link attributes (DoFollow to NoFollow), edit listing details for quality purposes, temporarily or permanently remove listings that violate our guidelines, and change the structure or format of directory pages. We do not guarantee any specific SEO results, search ranking improvements, or traffic increases from backlinks provided through our platform. SEO outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.
Our guest posting platform allows users to submit blog articles for publication. By submitting a guest post, you represent that the content is 100% original and written by you, the content has not been published elsewhere online, the content is completely free from plagiarism and is not copied, spun, or paraphrased from any existing source, the content does not infringe any third-party copyrights or intellectual property, you grant FreeBacklink a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to publish, edit, and display the content on our platform, and you understand we may edit your submission for clarity, formatting, grammar, and SEO optimization. We reserve the right to reject guest post submissions that do not meet our editorial standards, contain promotional or spammy content, are duplicate or plagiarized from other sources, or do not provide genuine value to our readers.
FreeBacklink has a strict zero-tolerance policy toward copyrighted and plagiarized content. All guest posts and listing descriptions must be 100% original. We actively check submitted content for plagiarism using automated tools. If we find that any content submitted to our platform is copied, plagiarized, or infringes on the intellectual property of another party, we will immediately remove the content without prior notice, permanently block the submitter from future submissions, report the violation to the original copyright holder if applicable, and reserve the right to take legal action in cases of repeated or deliberate infringement. By submitting content to FreeBacklink, you accept full responsibility for ensuring that your content is original and does not violate any copyright laws.
FreeBacklink does not tolerate spam, abuse, or manipulation of our platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action: submitting fake, fraudulent, or non-existent businesses, submitting websites that redirect to spam, malware, or phishing pages, using automated tools or bots to submit listings or content, creating multiple accounts to submit the same website repeatedly, submitting misleading information to manipulate search results, and any attempt to exploit our platform for black hat SEO purposes. Violations will result in immediate removal of all associated listings and content, permanent ban from our platform, IP address blocking, and reporting to relevant authorities if necessary.
When using FreeBacklink, you agree not to submit false, misleading, or inaccurate information; attempt to submit the same website or domain multiple times; use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with our platform; attempt to manipulate search rankings through our directory; interfere with the proper functioning of our website; or collect or harvest data from our platform without authorization.
The FreeBacklink brand, logo, website design, and original content are the intellectual property of CoreBrief. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our website content without prior written permission. User-submitted content (listings, guest posts) remains the intellectual property of the respective submitters, with FreeBacklink holding a license to display such content on our platform.
If your business is already listed on FreeBacklink and you wish to claim ownership to update or manage the listing, you can submit a claim request through our claim page. Claim requests are reviewed manually and we may request additional verification to confirm ownership.
FreeBacklink is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our platform, any SEO or ranking outcomes, any loss of data or business interruption, or any third-party actions or content.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FreeBacklink, CoreBrief, and their officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
